exceeding storage space

I am uploading files from google Drive. I just uploaded a batch of PDF's but not all are showing in the files list. The batch went over my storage quote (2GB). I am now at 124% of my quota. No proble...

Why isn't there any help? 

no-one has replied to my questions. I don't know how to retrieve the files I uploaded but can't find!

Hey aihand, what you see in your events page, is all the info we can also access on our end.

 

Regarding your Dropbox storage going from 124% usage to 60%, are you able to see any files that were perhaps deleted here?
