force to upgrade...
Something that I unfortunately can not understand!
My folder on the PC is occupied with only 49.1 MB. Dropbox claims that my folder is full and forces me to upgrade!
I find this is unfair, and I am very disappointed!
What can I do, if I don't want to upgrade????
1. uninstall
2. Delete all directories with "Dropbox"
3. reinstall with a new email address.
At the moment it's ok!!!!

Check your Backups page.

People that have this issue usually have files being backed up, which also takes space in their account. I was telling you to check your Backups page for any files you were unaware of.
What does your Plan page show for your usage? If possible, take a screenshot, being sure to mask any private information.

Hey menaralf, can you let us know where you saw that your Dropbox is full?
Did you get some kind of email, or a pop-up notification? A screenshot would also be helpful.

I have uninstalled "Dropbox" from my PC! Should I install it again without upgrading?

With the space usage you've shown, there's no need to upgrade your account.
Where did you receive the message that you had to upgrade? Email, an app notification, the website, etc.?

Thanks for the update here, menaralf.
If you click on your initials on both the website and the desktop app (after clicking on the Dropbox icon), do you see that both of them are signed in to the same Dropbox account?
