I can't access my Basic account as I'm getting a message that it's full
I was on the Basic Plan but have not used my Dropbox account in years. I'm keen to use it again, but It says its full but I can't access anything also I may have attached to a now defunct email addre...

While you look into this, I'd recommend reading through our Storage Space FAQ page.
It covers "My account is empty but Dropbox says it's full".
