I claimed the Seagate promotion, but I don't see more space on my Dropbox account.
seagate claimed that it had a 6-month free trial Dropbox, so I claimed and put my credit card it doesn't work. someone please help me. even I got notified with an email that i got 6 months free from dropdown but when I open the account it shows that my storage is full

If I understand correctly, you’re referring to this promotion, right? Did you follow all the steps mentioned in the Help Center article to claim the space?
The message that you received by Dropbox, was it sent to the same email address you see linked to your Dropbox account?
Can you send me a screenshot of the confirmation email, while hiding your personal email address?
Let me know when you’re ready.

Hi Nancy Here is the email screenshot I received to the email address I've logged in also I blurred the email address, but the email address is same as the dropbox account.
Pls find the email attached.
also on my subscriptions page I see it this way like I'll be charged 78$.

Dropbox backup is a different product to sync. What you are seeing in that quota field refers to Dropbox syncing. Backup is totally separate at www.dropbox.com/backup.
The Backup plan does not increase your quota at all.
