I deleted thousands of pictures but my account is still over quota
Hello, I understand that I'm over the storage limit, but I deleted thousands of pictures recently. Can you check for me how much space was freed up from that? It should've gone down, I don't know why...

Apart from what Mark mentioned, I just wanted to add that shared folders also take space in someone's account, so you might also want to look into that as well.

If it's not shared folders taking up your space, you can also see the size of your files and calculate the size of your folders, to find the culprit(s).
