I referred a friend and didn't get the extra space. Any ideas?

Hi, I referred a friend and did not get any extra storage. How can I contact dropbox support. The robot chat doesn't work.

I send a link to friends so they can sign up to dropbox. We are both supposed to receive 500 meg of space I never see my space increase what’s happening?
