I tried Backups with a free trial, now it's already disabled but my storage on Dropbox isn't cleared
I tried Dropbox Backups with a free trial - now it's already disabled but my storage on Dropbox isn't clearing - before it wouldn't let me delete the files - and now I no longer see the backup - only...

Do you see any content there? If so, feel free to delete them.

Have you also checked your All files page for any large folders? You can also check their size with these steps.
Please let me know what you find. We’ll isolate the issue more this way, and see what we can try next.

Thank you, but these are not my files - I haven't uploaded anything to Dropbox, only the backups

Going to https://www.dropbox.com/backups/ did the trick!
I was able to access and delete the unwanted files.
