I upgraded to Plus and still have a 2.75GB storage limit.
I upgraded to Plus two days ago. My account shows confirmed payment.
It works for one day.
Then, today my storage limit is back to 2.75GB and it stops syncing.

Do you have the storage issue when adding content using our desktop app, or website?
Also, did you upgrade directly through us, or using Apple/Google?
Would you mind sending me a screenshot of your plan page, showing your account's storage and plan, please? It'll help me get a visual too.

Thanks, Megan. A screenshot is attached. As you can see, my subscription plan is Plus. But my storage limit is still 2.75GB. So I keep getting the "Full" message asking me to upgrade. But I just upgraded it 2 days ago and it was confirmed. Thank you.

Odd indeed. Have you tried contacting our Support team about this?
I'm suggesting that, since they have more advanced tools and account-visibility on their end.

Yes. I contacted the support team, but not sure when I will get a resolution or reply (the email support says 24 hours). So I posted here to see if any other could help, because I needed the syncing feature to do some work, but right now it is not working ... Thanks.
