Welcome to our Community, PriyankaD!
If the account appears empty, even though it claims to have space taken up, it might be possible that you have some files saved in your backups.
Do you see any files on this page?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Thank you for the info and the link. I was able to access backup files and have deleted them so that my dropbox has more space for other things now.

Hi there PriyankaDâ and thanks so much for popping into the Dropbox Community! đ
Iâm really glad to see the issue is resolved - storage mismatches like that can definitely be confusing, so itâs great that everything is looking right again. Thanks for taking the time to come back and share the update, too. It really helps others who might run into the same thing!
By the way, Iâm Theresa đ©âđ», one of the community managers here at Dropbox HQ. Since youâve been checking into your account storage, Iâd love to know⊠how do you usually use Dropbox in your day-to-day? Whether itâs personal projects, work files, photos or something totally different, Iâm always curious to hear how people make Dropbox part of their routine.
Looking forward to hearing more,
