I've deleted all of my files on the desktop app, but my Dropbox account is still over-quota.

Thank you for the reply.
I have already deleted all of the files (except for one small 243 kb file) on Feb 17th. Even today, it is still showing that I am over quota, even though the 0 bytes where the club files were stored.
I have been waiting patiently for it to update, but so far it hasn't
Full disclosure: In desperation, I have started a second dropbox under a second email address. At this point, I only have some small test files there. I was trying to separate my personal files into a new Dropbox that would then be independent of the club files. I don't know if that might have an effect my problem.

Gotcha, thx for the additional details. Creating a second Dropbox account will not affect the storage on your original account, so we can focus on whatâs still counting toward the original quota.
Even if âAll filesâ looks empty, your storage can still be over quota if youâre a member of a shared folder, since shared folders often count toward your storage total. Please log into the original account on Dropbox.com, go to your storage details, and check whether youâre still part of any shared folders you can leave.
