I've deleted all of my files on the desktop app, but my Dropbox account is still over-quota.

Welcome to the community Goochman
Your Dropbox account may be over quota (2.65 GB used of a 2.0 GB limit), which can pause syncing and prevent changes until you’re back under the limit. The key thing to know is that other members’ local files do not affect your Dropbox storage unless the content is actually stored in Dropbox.
Please sign in on Dropbox web, delete or move some of the largest files and folders you own, and leave any shared folders you no longer need. Once your usage is back under 2 GB, everything should start working again (it can take a little time for storage totals to refresh).

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for. The first screen shot is what came up with the "shared tab" link.

1 month agoThanks for the image, this is a team folder, which is also shared, which means that there could be some files in that folder which would be taking up the quota.
Are you able to go into that folder to see the size of the files within?
