Lost earned space
Having used Dropbox over the years, I had up until a week or so ago around 11gb. Suddenly its all gone and I am at 2gb. I do not have backup activated, this is just simple storage of files. Please ...

When you get a chance when you're at home, please could you forward the screenshot, since any referral quota will automatically appear on that page.

Also, do you have any change in the promotional quota on the referrals page?

Checked the quota level. It says 2gb, Last week it was more.
Promotional stuff has the amounts I have earnt but they are not reflected in my quota.
Nothing new anywhere that states there was a change of any kind recently.

If the referrals are there, then the quota level should be higher. Could you attach a screenshot showing the plan page?

I am at work right now and can't upload a screenshot but it is the Basic plan showing 2gb.
