My storage is full, and I have issues deleting my Backup, can't get it right.

Hi I'm becoming quite frustrated as my storage space is full even though I've deleted most of the files. I think the backup is the issue, but I've followed all the links to deleting backups but not...

    By connected to Dropbox, I mean that you signed into the Dropbox desktop application on a computer. As you mentioned you have another machine, it's possible that this is the computer that is also backing up to the site, which is why you can't disable it from your current machine. 

     

    When you next have access to that machine, check to see if the backup is enabled, and then disable it to free up the quota on your account.
