Take a screenshot of your usage as shown on your Plan page. It should look like this:

And you have no files or folders shown on this page? Your usage is showing 3.2GB or regular files, so they should be visible on that page.

I have some folders which contain a few photos but they have all been reducedin size so each one is around 15kb. I have deleted all my big presentations so all I have is approximately 100mb of files
