Over storage limit - really?
I have a storage limit on my account of 5.75Gb and only 1 folder containing less than 2Gb. The deleted files have all been permanently deleted. Not sure where to find backups but I can't see any. I h...

Thanks - good to talk to someone! I was not aware of how to access those pages but now I have:
BACKUP Shows that I have one folder of 144 bytes and an external drive of 12.44Gb. This is the first time that I have seen this. On my desktop I checked the Dropbox (local) folder presuming this to be the external drive (?) - properties reveal 68970 files at 144Mb. So a mystery. Prior to recently deleting and moving folders I did have this much on the drive but no longer. I expanded the external drive to find a load of folders that I recognise and have elsewhere on my desktop so I think I can just delete it. Here goes. Gone - Plan tab now shows 149Mb out of 5.75Gb used.
So problem - solved - thanks for the direction

3 years agoHI there phil Ladds, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you have a look at your backups page and let me know if you see any files or folders listed there?
Also, what is your plan tab reporting in regards to your quota at the moment?
Keep us posted!
