Storage size went from 5gb to 2gb and now I cannot access my files. I upgraded to a plus account in hopes to find the files or access support. Neither of which happened... How do you reach this ...

Hey Mark!
When I checked "events" I am only seeing the updates from today. I am not sure when I would have used it in the past year. I can only access as far back as Nov. 18th 2020.
I have had my account for much much longer than that though.

Is it showing any events before today?
Is your account showing any files at all?
Have you logged in in the past year?

My account is not showing any events since Nov. 18th.
My account is not showing any files. I am not certain if I have logged in since this time last year.

Dropbox removes accounts after 1 year of inactivity. My guess is that your account was deleted for this reason (you do get emails warning you it will happen) and when you logged in today you've actually created a new account instead of logging in.
The change in quota, lack of Event History and lack of files all points to the above.
