Uploading videos to another company's Dropbox & get the message "Your Dropbox is full".
I've been asked to upload video to a dropbox of a charity I work with.
I went to upload those video and got the message "Your dropbox is full" after 2GB.
I'm not uploading them to my drop box I'm...

But you are uploading the files to your account.
They likely invited you to a shared folder. When you join a shared folder, you have your own copy of the folder, which takes space in your account. In order to add files to the folder, you need to have enough available space in your own account for anything in the folder.
If you want to upload files directly to their account without taking up space in yours, ask them to send you a File Request instead.
