Why can't I free up space after deleting files?
I deleted ALL files and I still do NOT have space?

Hi, I got account full alert say "Youve reached the limits on your current plan, 6.94 GB of 6.25 GB' so I delete more than 1GB video files, and also remove them from the online trash folder. but the system still show the same account full message and I could not sync either. Any solution on this, thanks. kevin

Hey kevin891, sorry to see you're having space issues.
Have you used the steps in this article, to check the size of your files and calculate the size of your folders, to see which files are taking up your space?
Shared folders also take up space in the account of each member, so make sure to check that out as well.
