My folder last week was 7.75GB (2GB regular + 5.75 referral from years ago). Today my account stands at 4.75GB. Why? Thank you in advance- not happy. Mark

Thanks- then where is the other 3GB I had- which you can see I had- and lost at 7:56AM this morning?

2 years agoDoes the referral page not show you losing any?
Did you have a temp bonus on for something like a device? QuickBooks?

As I showed you earlier- the Status page shows my quota was reduced. The referrals page shows nothing removed. I did not have some 'temp' boost. I have had this amount for at least 10 years- as you can see by the dates. Today I removed several fairly small files- that's it. I was already under 4.75GB. And then it removed 3GB of storage size.

If Dropbox is going to take 3GB of storage space- I deserve to know what it was from and why it was removed. I have had it for years.

Could you attach a screenshot of the referrals page, while hiding any email addresses on it to see what is there?

https://www.dropbox.com/account/referrals will also show you other space you received towards the bottom of the page.
Any referrals, if space was removed, would now list on that page as well and say 'Ineligible'.

Nope- it lists nothing as ineligible.

Yes. Thank you.
