Will I be able to access all of my files after my promotional space expires?
I received 100 GB of additional space because of my Acer laptop, but that space is about to expire. I covered 32% of that 100GB storage. Can I still access my files (that 32% files) after it expired?...

You'll be able to access them, but you won't be able to make any changes and syncing will stop if you're over storage quota. Also, it would seem that Dropbox has a new policy where if you're over your quota for an extended time (and after several warnings), they will begin to delete files to bring you back below your quota, starting with the newest files that you've added.
