If I may ask, Iâm having the same issue and I still have questions.
Currently uploading images from phone camera roll, and iâm constantly having to clear up phone storage because of this message.
Why is Dropbox creating doubled storage in my own photos?
Why does it matter? Isnât it a cloud service?

4 years agoHey YeeM, thanks for the nudge here.
The Dropbox app needs at least 500mb of free device space to work correctly.
Can you confirm that you have at least that amount of free space?

I have 133 gigabytes available, yet Dropbox is telling me that my device storage is full.
I'm on 354.4.2.
Get your poor work together, Dropbox. I'm seriously considering jumping ship.

Hey Arkadiy K., are you receiving this particular error when trying to add new files to your Dropbox app, or is it always showing there, when opening your Photos tab?
Have you cleared your Dropbox appâs cache, and reinstalled the app, and it still shows?

Hi
Similar problem here - Dropbox is showing as occupying 13GB of space on my iphone. I have 36GB left and yet its telling me its full. Two questions if I may please:
1. Why is it using 13GB and how can I move everything to the Cloud?
2. Why is it telling me my iPhone is full?
Thanks!
Pete
