3 years agoHey Arkadiy K., are you receiving this particular error when trying to add new files to your Dropbox app, or is it always showing there, when opening your Photos tab?
Have you cleared your Dropbox appās cache, and reinstalled the app, and it still shows?

Hi
Similar problem here - Dropbox is showing as occupying 13GB of space on my iphone. I have 36GB left and yet its telling me its full. Two questions if I may please:
1. Why is it using 13GB and how can I move everything to the Cloud?
2. Why is it telling me my iPhone is full?
Thanks!
Pete

Hey Meribelman, is it possible that you have made some of your files available offline on the Dropbox app?
You can use these steps to find any offline files.
