Hi,

The comments from replay are not showing up in Final Cut Pro. Neither with drag and drop nor by exporting/importing the xml file. Just the name of the person who made the post is displayed but not the text. I'm using FCP 10.6.8 and MacOS 13.5. Any idea?

Hi,

I have the same issue with Replay in FCP. The xml import works, also with dragging, but no comments are visible, only the name of the sender is in the marker. Thinking switching from frameIO to Replay but not possible this way.. (MacOS 13.5 /FCP 10.6.8.)

    Hi hubbit filmcom , so sorry to hear you are running into issues. I have recorded this Capture to show what the drag and drop functionality should look like when working.  I'll note that we've noticed some strange behavior with certain files that have emojis in the comments that we're looking into on our end.  Can you confirm you are taking these same steps and still running into issues?  Also, do the comments on the files you are trying to use contain emojis.
