Accesso / Cannot access Dropbox; it says access is denied
Buongiorno, ho uno strano problema che non riesco a risolvere, dal pc dell'ufficio e dal cellulare accedo tranquillamente alla pagina web, mentre dal pc di casa mi dice accesso negato da dropbox.com, non capisco poi il perché in quanto la cartella è presente e sincronizzata, qualcun'altro ha avuto lo stesso problema? Se si come si risolve? Faccio presente che ho provato anche a disinstallare e reinstallare l'app (ovvio che non serviva) ma non è cambiato nulla.

Good morning, I have a strange problem that I can't solve. From my office PC and mobile phone I can easily access the web page, while from my home PC it says access denied by dropbox.com. I don't understand why as the folder is present and synchronized, has anyone else had the same problem? If so, how is it resolved? I would like to point out that I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (obviously it wasn't needed) but nothing changed.

Sinceramente questo non l'ho mai provato, non uso mai le finestre di navigazione in incognito, proverò e riferirò. Grazie.

Buongiorno, da qualche giorno ho messo la fibra e cambiato il router, speravo si risolvesse questo problema ma niente, il solito pc mi da la stessa risposta mentre un portatile collegato allo stesso WiFi si connette senza problemi, sembra proprio che solo quel PC sia stato bloccato e non saprei proprio il perchè. Va a finire che chiuderò il tutto e giocoforza sarò costretto a passare a MEGA

Good morning, a few days ago I connected the fiber and changed the router, I was hoping this problem would be resolved but nothing, the usual PC gives me the same response while a laptop connected to the same WiFi connects without problems, it seems that only that PC has been blocked and I really don't know why. It will end up that I will close everything and inevitably I will be forced to switch to MEGA

Mi dispiace sapere che lo stesso problema persiste, Boomerang.
In passato hai menzionato che utilizzavi "Trend Micro Maximum Security" come antivirus. Lo hai disabilitato temporaneamente per assicurarti che non interferisse con Dropbox?
Oltre a ciò, stai utilizzando altri proxy, VPN o firewall su questo dispositivo?

You mentioned in the past you were using "Trend Micro Maximum Security” as your antivirus. Did you temporarily disable it, to make sure it wasn’t interfering with Dropbox?
Besides that, are you using any other proxy, VPN, firewall on this device?

Ho disattivato Trend Micro e anche Windows Defender, non è cambiato nulla, inoltre non utilizzo nessun altro proxy e il firewall del router non può creare problemi in quanto, appunto, un'altro PC collegato allo stesso funziona perfettamente. Tornando a Trend Micro Maximum Security, controllando nel settore siti bloccati la pagina è vuota.
-----------I deactivated Trend Micro and also Windows Defender, nothing has changed, furthermore I don't use any other proxy and the router's firewall cannot create problems because, in fact, another PC connected to the same one works perfectly. Returning to Trend Micro Maximum Security, checking the blocked sites sector the page is empty.

Vorrei chiederti un’ultima cosa; se invece usi il browser del tuo cellulare, mentre sei a casa, riesci ad accedere a www.dropbox.com da lì, oppure ti dà lo stesso errore, quello che vedi sul tuo computer?

Thanks for clarifying that, Boomerang!I’d like to ask you one last thing; if you use your mobile phone’s browser instead, while being at home, are you able to access www.dropbox.com from there, or is it giving you the same error, as the one you see on your computer?
