After moving Dropbox folder, Dropbox app is stuck at "Downloading 31 files..."

I've moved Dropbox location from system drive to other drive (from Preferences -> Sync -> Change location). It completed moving after 5 hours. It's been few days since the move and the app is stuck ...

    Removing the .js.download files fixed it.

    It's strange they were blocking Dropbox from syncing, though. These .js.download were old and not used, so it was incorrect for Dropbox to assume they were locked.

Hey ned666​, let's see what we can find together about that! 

As a first step, I would also suggest quitting the app, or even signing out and back in.

What happens if you locate these syncing files, and move them outside of your Dropbox folder, and then back in? Does that change things?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
