12 months agoThanks for clarifying that for us Shelski - as a last step before we take this to email, could you maybe try creating a new OS profile and let us know if you were able to install the Dropbox desktop app normally?

I created a new user profile and got the exact behavior. I click on the dropbox icon in the menu bar, it disapears. Next, I open the app in applications and I get a pop up saying - The application “Dropbox” is not open anymore. Then the Icon reappears in the menu bar, and disapears with any mouse movement.
