Context menus appear twice in Dropbox folder

Since few Days in my context menu the dropbox itemes are shown doubled. Also the smart-sync shows some folders with the "partly local arrow" even all files are online-only.

Dropbox v.79.4.143
Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6

    i got the same problem. it happened because i have uninstalled and the reoinstalled. 

    i am scare to have 3 times now if i do it again.
