Corrupt folders & Sync issues on Mac Monterey

We are currently using Dropbox to "share" lightroom catalogs. No two people are ever in the catalog at the same time . We always wait to the software to catch up ( meaning the double arrows  become a green checkmark) . However we are having lots of corruption issues recently and now even some work done in lightroom is not saving at all. This system has run this way for the last two years with no issues. It seemed to start when when we started "running" jobs off of external sandisk ssd drives. I am the "Server" computer and have all the files and folder run through my mac. It is Running Monterey 12.7.1. ( and has always been on monterey)  Our dropbox version is v188.4.6302. Any suggestions? Thanks you all for your help.

Hi Ohiojr, welcome to our Community!

When you say corruption issues, do you mean that you see a lot of corrupted files inside your account?

You also mentioned that you have some problems with Lightroom changes not reflected inside Dropbox. Would you mind clarifying, and walk me through the steps that you follow on your end when working with Lightroom files?

Lastly, do you share one Dropbox account with the rest of the users, or have access to a Business account?

I'll be waiting for your updates!
