Dropbox application not working when I click my icon on the task bar.
Hello
I'm a DROPBOX PLUS user in 3 different PCs. Along more than a year the application does not open. But the icon appears on the taskbar and sincronization keeps functioning. But unable to see online folders, smart sync options, etc..
I have already reseted the Windows pasword, and in one of the PC made the cycle of unstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling the program with no results.
Is this an issue with W11?
Thanks
Thanks for the update, Jose!

Hey Jose_Lascurain, welcome to our Community!
Are you referring to the larger Dropbox icon that re-directs you to your Dropbox folder, or the smaller one, next to your WiFi? I'm assuming the latter, right?
You mentioned that the icon is there, but it isn't functioning. Do you mean that when you click on it, nothing happens?
Can you try hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your task bar, next to your WiFi, and let me know which version of the app you're currently using?
Keep me posted!

Hey Jose_Lascurain, thanks for that!
So, it seems both the icons are working like they should.
In regards to your Dropbox folder and its contents, what do you see when you right click on a file/folder?
Have you tried signing out of the app, and then back in?
