After the update to iOS 12 on my iPhone 7 Dropbox started to behave really bad. It freezes very often, minutes of charging time to just show me a portion of the files in the folder I’m working on. Alr...

Quick update on this: it appears that this primarily affects users with many (at least 25 or so) starred files. We have identified the cause and fixed the issue.
The fix will be in Dropbox for iOS v120, going out early next week (around Nov 6).
Thank you very much to those of you who wrote in and contributed by giving detailed descriptions of the issue, and extra thanks to those who sent in videos and crash logs.

Hello Walter,
Unfortunately, after some day of normal (never reactive as before the update to iOS 12) behavior, the problem is back.
It’s really impossible to use Dropbox on my iPhone 7 at the moment.
Thanks for your help!

8 years agoSorry to hear this persists Marcocap!
As a last thing, as our most recent version of the mobile just got out, could you please update to the latest version of the mobile Dropbox app (currently 116.2 for iOS devices) and let me know if you're still experiencing the same problem?
If it persists, please let me know and I'll reach out to you via email to the address you use for your forum's profile to work on this together.
In either case, thanks for your continuous patience and cooperation on this one Marco.

Dear Walter,
Unfortunately, Dropbox is still not working on mobile even updating it to the last version.
After the update, I even tried to redo all the passages you suggested: clearing cache - logging out - uninstall - restart - reinstall - re-login.
I did it also after updating to iOS 12.0.1 but there is nothing to do...
I hope you will be able to help!
Thank you,
