Dropbox Pocketbook isn't supported won't let me sign in.

Question or Issue
Recently had issue with my network, was told from Pocketbook support, to do factory reset. Afterall I realized that I can't log-in with my account, cause the interface of login page was update. How should I bypass that piece of a problem, cause that was one way how I was syncink the files with my device

So the device you have is a discontinued model that they no longer support? Unfortunately there's not much that can be done in that case. If the app no longer connects due to changes in the API, then it would need to receive an update to the app in order for it to continue working. As it's a third-party app, Dropbox isn't able to provide support for it. It's up to the developer to correct the issue as they're the ones that created the app. Dropbox has no access to that.
This sounds a bit familiar now. I think there was another thread about this about 2-3 years ago and PocketBook said the same thing... no plans to provide an update.

As they said PocketBook 628 uses Platform (OS), Linux 3.10.65. Yes, I've tried, that was their help to hard reset device, cause there was an issue with my connecting to perticular network. But they have forgotten to mention that dropbox login was updated, and not possible. And there's no way to bypass that(the only way was just remaining with the state how it was). And that kinda pissed me off

Could you please clarify the exact OS of your device and how exactly you were syncing your ebooks from Dropbox to the pocketbook in the first place?
Any additional information or screenshots you think might help, are more than welcome!
Also, does this device support any current version of the supported browsers? Have you tried reaching out to Pocketbook's support for assistance?

You'll need to reach out to PocketBook for assistance with this. The Dropbox app on that device isn't created by Dropbox. It's created by PocketBook and uses the Dropbox API.
The API had some changes earlier this year relating to certificates, which would require some third-party developers to update their apps. This is more than likely the cause of the issue. Ask PocketBook for an update to the app.
