Dropbox Showing Unplugged while my hard drive is still connected
Hi, my dropbox desktop app showing UNPLUGGED while its still connected. I'm using unlimited Auto backup plan but its not syncing anymore. I try to reinstall the dropbox app, connecting disconnect...

2 years agoAs you're still experiencing this issue, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate any account or device-specific details further.

I can see that one of my family member tried to use it on his pc. So what can be done to restart the backup on my pc? I have removed the device mentioned from the desktop browser and also changed the password but the sync hasn't started yet.

Sam Toor, can you also remove the external drive once again from your device, quit the Dropbox app, relaunch it and plug it again?
If this doesn’t help the external drive being backed up again, I’d suggest waiting for our support team’s reply instead, since we don't have account visibility on the forum; I’ve found your ticket in our system, and I’ve left them an internal note as well on your behalf.

Ok so I tried again but I didn't worked. I have changed my password also. Which means that I now only have one login on my pc. Please try to solve this issue as I need to backup my device asap. Please dm if required any other information.
