Instead of continuously asking question, pleas answer to this one: why the problem is only in WINDOWS EXPLORER and not in other file explorer applications (like Explorer++)?

@MatteoG, there could be many reasons why this is happening, so by asking you more questions, we can isolate the issue more.

Hello Nancy, your first indication that link to: My desktop app is stuck at syncing and I need help with the buttons to fix hardlinks and permissions has nothing to do related to my problem.
I've already did your second solution and nothing changed.
Can you please answer this question: I have verified that if I navigate to the Dropbox folder from a Windows 10 window that opens for example when I want to open/save a file, everything works without problems.
