Files no longer available through Desktop App
My laptop recently updated to Windows 11 - Version 22H2 and since then DB no longer sync's. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, and nothing seems to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Chris if you have another cloud service running, turn it off until DB is completely done updating files. I found this to be the only cure

4 years agoWhen you say you can't open Dropbox, do you mean the app in the system tray itself, in order to view the current synced files and your preferences?

When you say you can't open Dropbox, do you mean the app in the system tray itself, in order to view the current synced files and your preferences? Yes. I can hover over the icon and it provides a status, but the status does not change.

Do the files in the Dropbox folder have a green tick on them, or blue syncing icons?

Do the files in the Dropbox folder have a green tick on them, or blue syncing icons? No. There are no icons at all. It seems like DropBox just stops working without notice.

Hi smoravarsi, I hope you don’t mind me jumping in.
Can you let me know what’s the app version of the Dropbox app on your device? You should be able to see this by hovering over the Dropbox icon in your system tray.
