Files no longer available through Desktop App
My laptop recently updated to Windows 11 - Version 22H2 and since then DB no longer sync's. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, and nothing seems to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Chris if you have another cloud service running, turn it off until DB is completely done updating files. I found this to be the only cure

Do the files in the Dropbox folder have a green tick on them, or blue syncing icons? No. There are no icons at all. It seems like DropBox just stops working without notice.

Hi smoravarsi, I hope you donât mind me jumping in.
Can you let me know whatâs the app version of the Dropbox app on your device? You should be able to see this by hovering over the Dropbox icon in your system tray.

I'm not sure how to get a hold of someone at DropBox. This problem is persistent and I can't complete my tasks for work. Can someone assist me directly instead of this forum?

Hey smoravarsi, how are you today?
You can access our support options through this page. Depending on your plan, you can get support via email, chat, or phone.
If you do wish to continue here, though, could you please send us a screenshot of the sync status as it appears on the Dropbox icon in your system tray?
And can you also confirm if you can see edits you make to your files locally, sync to your account online and vice versa?
