Folders and files not being shared on multiple devices
I just added a new PC to my collection and tried to setup Dropbox. I have been using Dropbox for a long time. I downloaded the desktop app and logged in with my account UN and password but nothing ...

Are you able to access that Plus account, in order to contact the support team on this matter?

I think that you are correct because My Subscription shows that I have a plus account which should be good for 5 devices.
When I tried to setup my new pc, I used the same email address but the device count did not go up on my subscription page (shows 3, should show 4) and it looks to me like the new pc has a trial subscription - but I used the same email address. I would have atached screen shots but I don't know how to do so.

As for checking the account you're currently logged in, you can check it out via the app's preferences under the account tab and on the website, through this page.

When I check on line, there are files and folders on 1 pc but nothing on the other. I am on dropbox.com for both. I am using the same email for both. This makes no sense.

Let me clarify, if I check dropbox.com on 1 pc, there are files and folders. If I check dropbox.com on the other pc, there are NO files or folders. I am using the same email in both cases. HELP.

Hi joliet_tech, are you 100% certain that the email is spelled the exact same way? For certain email providers like Gmail, you can add a dot in the name to make it a different account entirely, for instance Johnsmith@gmail.com is different to John.smith@gmail.com when it comes to Dropbox.
