Getting Dropbox for iPad running IOS 10.3.3
Dear all,
I have a 4th generation iPad running IOS 10.3.3. and I am not able to download the dropbbox app as it tells me that I need IOS 11 or higher. I have not had Dropbox installed previously, therefore can nor re-install it from previous purchases on the app store. Does anybody know of any ways around this issue?
Would be great!
Thank you!
You'll only be able to use the Dropbox website through a browser. You won't be able to install a Dropbox app.

Hey magdas!
It's true our system requirements for iOs is 11 or later.
A solution would be to update your OS if possible.
Hope this helps.
Have a nice weekend!

Hi Fiona , thanks for your response!
I have a 4th generation iPad which can only run IOS 10.3.3. - hence my problem. Will I not be able to use Dropbox since I can not upgrade anymore beyond IOS 10.3.3.?
Thanks!

Hi Rich thanks so much for letting me know!
This is such a shame as I am running a writing software between devices (iMac, Macbook) that is syncing via Dropbox. This means I won't be able to use it on my iPad.
Is there no way to download an earlier version of Dropbox for IOS at all?
Thanks!

The only way would be if you had previously installed an earlier version and that version was still available through the app store's previous purchases, but as you said, you've never installed it before so that option won't be available.
There's no other way to install Dropbox.
