Getting 'This app can't run on your PC' error on my Windows computer

Application Affected
Dropbox desktop app
Device
Asus T100TA
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
Windows 10 Home 22H2 19045.6691/Microsoft Edge
Dropbox App Version (if using the app)

Question or Issue
I can download the desktop app but can't install it, getting the message that the app can't run on my PC. I think my device and OS are too old for the latest version of the Dropbox app. Where can I find a compatible, older version?
