How can I get the Paper desktop app?

Hi, I found this setting under Settings- Connected apps, but where can I get the Paper desktop app? Thanks in advance!

    Its currently in close beta. 

    If you are part of the beta you will be able to install it via a pop up on screen when you go to http://paper.dropbox.com

I had the option to download but it dissapeared after clicking on the button.
