How to re-add Dropbox to finder favorites?

I've found the new location for the Dropbox folder on MacOS, in my case: /Users/****/Library/CloudStorage/Dropbox.   But, trying to drag and drop this folder into the Finder favourites does nothing...

    It might sound trivial, but have you tried restarting your device? 

     

    Also, what happens when you choose Finder > Settings, then click Sidebar, then select one item in the Favorites section?

Restarting addressed the issue. Thank you!

 

The finder UI was otherwise responsive (in terms of adding/removing sections to the sidebar in finder's preferences). I can't remember the last time MacOS had an issue that actually needed a restart like this.
