https://dropbox.com is not redirecting to www subdomain in my region

Hi,
i have tried on 2 different wifi, on a cellular  and on 4 different pc/mobiles.
the non-www domain is still not working

and also http://www.dropbox.com  is pointed to the same ip but one and working and the other is not.
