Hi shrestsav, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We're not able to view that link for security purposes. Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're experiencing exactly?

What version of Mac OS and the Capture app are you currently running on your device?

This will help me to assist further!

So basically I am stuck on this screen even when I login through browser, then again this same login popup is shown, this has been happening to me since yesterday, previously it was working fine with few logouts. But login was working fine then, but every 2 or 3 days I am automatically logged out, this time I cannot login. You can see the issue and version below

Thanks for the images. Could you try uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling the app to see if this helps?

when I restarted and opened the application, it seemed it was already logged in

so what's the issue here? why auto logout and can't login, but after I restart then it's already logged in, what kind of bug is this? I experience this every 2-3 days, do I have to keep restarting in the middle of my work just to make this work?

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
