If this still doesn’t help, we can log a ticket for you next and look into this.

Hi Nancy, thanks for jumping in. I tried the offline installer to which you directed me but the tar file, after extraction, produced nothing but an empty folder. The folder's properties say it is over 200Mb but opens to emptiness. While I was doing all this I received another pop-up informing me my computer is currently offline (utter nonsense).

One more thing. You know what I find hilarious? Through all this, because of my efforts to get this rubbish working, I keep earning badges! It's like being decorated by Hitler as the Russians are knocking on the door.
