After offering the exact same non-working suggestions I received from everyone else, Genius Jared is marking this ticket as Solved without any further effort on his part or communication with me. How dare you! Not just the product is rubbish.

Hey philk949, I just checked and it seems that you never replied back to the email hence it was marked as solved.
If the suggestions our Support provided didn't work, feel free to reply back to the agent working on your case to either re-open it, or create a new ticket.

Hey feub, sorry to see that you're having an issue.
It's a different issue than the OP, but let's see what we can find.
If you haven't already, can you restart both your computer and the Dropbox app, to see if that helps?
If not, you can try to do an uninstall/reinstall as a first step and go from there.

Thank you for the reply.
Yes I tried restarting both the computer and Dropbox. And I tried 2 types of installations: the one on the rpmfusion-nonfree repo and the RPM downloaded from the official Dropbox website. Same result, Dropbox works, but impossible to get its graphical interface, so no settings, nothing available...
