I can't launch the Dropbox app on Win11 - it keeps disappearing.
I cannot start Dropbox after installed it on my laptop (using windows 11 24H2).
It appears in the task manager for a few seconds and disappearred then.

Hi Megan
I think the problem is that when i use the dropbox installer, the step 2 never showed i.e. set up the account. Can you identify the problem

1 year agoHey vy3800, thanks for the nudge here and sorry to see you're still having this issue.
Do you mean that after installing the Dropbox app, you're not prompted to sign in to your account?
Also, I see that you had an email communication with our specialists back in November and they suggested some steps for you; did you get a chance to follow them? And what was the result?

I have followed their sugguestion to advance-reinstall the app and to break the link betwen my personal account with my company account. But it does not work.

In addition, i mean that in the dropbox offical downloading webpage www.dropbox.com/install#downloaded, it said step1 - click the installer, step 2 - set up, step 3 - using dropbox. When i click the installer, it started downloading/installing, but after that no step 2 happened. I can find the dropbox app installed in my laptop, but no folder is created. And i click the app, nothing happened.
