If you're not seeing the additional space on your plan tab, may we reach out via email to have a further look internally encoreserviceseu?

2 years agoencoreserviceseu, I believe Mark suggested that you add a new file to the mobile app on your phone and then check your Dropbox account online ( via https://www.dropbox.com/home ) to make sure they’re both linked to the same Dropbox account.

I uploaded a file from my phone and it does display in my web account.
Does this mean that the "Setup incomplete" was just a generic email sent irrespective of account status? Because I believe the sync was always OK between web and the app
