I have 2 Dropbox folders. Can I delete the hidden one?

In my Mac Mini there are 2 DropBox folders, the first, which I normally use, under username (267GB); the second, hidden, under username, library, cloudstorage (321GB). Why are there 2? Can I delete ...

It takes up a lot of space on my internal disk (321 GB), and space on a mac is expensive,
I would like to delete the second Dropbox folder for this reason, but when I try to delete it it tells me: "Cannot complete the operation because "Dropbox" needs to be downloaded".
It is not a problem of seeing it or not seeing it, it is a problem of space.

    Hey Sidviciuos, before you delete anything, can you please go to the "sync" tab in the Dropbox app preferences and let us know what the location of your syncing Dropbox folder is?
