Hey Hanton, how are you feeling today?
Do you use the website or our app when trying to delete your folders?
Have you been following these steps?
Let me know, and we'll take it from there. - Hanton4 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hallo Megan, I followed the steps, nut I could not find the tab delete, for the files in the folder, no problem, nut for the folders, there is no "delete" under the "...".
I am using the web version, is it better tot user the app on a tablet ?

Hi Hanton, thanks for the speedy reply!
If you have issue with the website, you can always try the desktop app.
Also, can you send us a screenshot, of what you see on your end when trying to delete your folders, please?
That'll help us get a better visual! - Hanton4 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hallo Megan, thanks for the quick response, I have made a picture, nut how to post it ? I can also try the desktop app, is that the same as the tablet app ?

Hey Hanton, sorry to jump in here.
A screenshot of what you see would definitely help us figure this out.
As long as you're replying here from a computer, once you click on the reply button, you will be able to see a button to attach a picture. - Hanton4 years agoExplorer | Level 3

Hi Hanton, instead of that location, try clicking 'All files' above that folder, then selecting the folder on the right to get the option to delete the folder. - Hanton4 years agoExplorer | Level 3
