I'm getting an error trying to calculate folder size on the Dropbox site.

When I click the down arrow next to the column title it just sorts the list by that title.

Hey Ananda13, let me jump in here!
To make sure we're on the same page here let me recap.
You can't see the folder's size both when you click the "Size" option on the existing column titles (first screenshot), and when you hover over the name of the folder and click the check box that appears on the left then "..." (ellipsis) next to the folder and then "Calculate size", right?- Ananda132 months agoExplorer | Level 4
When I select "calculate size" I see an error symbol like the screenshot below. This is in Chrome. When I try using Safari I can't get the Size column to appear.

It's possible that you might have too many files in that folder, so it won't be able to calculate the size.
You can try going into the folder itself and then try calculating the size of the subfolders to see if this works.
