Calculate Size is Unavailable, earlier topic didn't help

Hi,

I have the 2TB plan. When I log into the browser I don't get any option of seeing/calculating the size of a file or folder. Tried other browsers as well. It is just not there. So tried this in multiple browsers:

  1. Sign in via the website.
  2. Select the Files tab. 
  3. Click a column header.
  4. Choose the option Size.
  5. Hover over the folder and click the check box next the folder you’re interested in.
  6. The option to Calculate size should appear in the right sidebar.

I hope there is a simple solution.

    That icon is not appearing, that option is not appearing.
